ITINERARY :

• DAY 1 - COCHIN ARRIVAL & MUNNAR STAY
  After reaching Cochin airport/railway station our representative will greet you and proceed to Munnar. Enroute visit the beautiful Cheeyapara & Valara waterfalls. Enjoy the breathtaking and glorious waterfall cascade down the seven steps. Arrive at Munnar and check in to the resort. Munnar - Situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale, Munnar is situated 1600 Meter above sea level. Once the summer resort of erstwhile British Government in South India and the best hill station with sprawling tea plantations in the state. Blessed with a rich variety of flora and fauna with the most well known Neelakurinji (botanical name: Strobilanthus) flowering once in 12 years. Balance of the day you are at leisure to enjoy on your own also you will be later taken to visit Tata Tea Museum & The Blossom Garden. Back to Hotel by evening and Overnight Stay at Munnar.
• DAY 2 - MUNNAR SIGHTSEEING AND STAY
  After breakfast proceed for local sightseeing of Munnar where you can visit Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Tea Plantation,(closed on Monday), Eravikulam National Park (Closed during breeding season),Echo point,Photoshooting point. Munnar is also famous for Ayurveda Treatment and Massaging.Qualified physicians at the Ayurvedic treatment Centres provide a range of cures and treatments including sweat treatments, oil massages, yoga and meditation, Head, Face, Shoulder & Full Body massage at reasonable rates across Munnar.  Back to Hotel and overnight stay at Munnar
• DAY 3 - MUNNAR TO THEKADY AND STAY
  After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady. Situated within the confines of the Western Ghats in the southern Indian state of Kerala, Periyar National Park and Tiger Reserve is one of the most captivating wildlife parks in the world.This perennial source of water, which initially led to the submersion of large tracts of forestland, slowly attracted wild animals. It eventually resulted in the adjoining forests being granted protection. The vegetation is of moist deciduous type. Arrive at Thekkady and check in to the hotel.You are at leisure on this day to enjoy various activities at Thekkady. Activities available are – boating on periyar lake, spice plantation visit, Elephant safari, agricultural farm tour & sightseeing, nature walk, adventure trekking & camping, border hiking, bamboo rafting, jungle jeep safari, Kalaripayattu – the traditional martial art performance & Tribal art performance(Own cost) also visit the famous Periyar wildlife sanctuary. Overnight stay at Thekkady.
• DAY 4 - ALLAPPEY HOUSEBOAT STAY
  Check out from the resort and drive to Alleppey. Allappey :-Located on the other side of the Vembanad lake, lies this beautiful town otherwise called as the Venice of The East.  Coir making is a major cottage industry in the region.  The sun-dried fibres are then bundled into bales and later machine twisted to make ropes. Various other products like coir mattress, coir curtains, coir doormats, etc.. Arrive at Alleppey and board the houseboat at noon for a backwater cruise .While cruising in these floating luxury- villas, let your eyes settle for the rare and the unusual - skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed- down paddy fields, and local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes, and ancient temples and swaying coconut groves. Overnight stay in houseboat.
• DAY 5 - KANYAKUMARI SIGHTSEEING AND STAY
    Morning after breakfast proceed to Kanyakumari, Kanyakumari :-literally means the virgin, the cape owes its Indian name to Hindu mythology. Arrive at Kanyakumari and proceed for a sightseeing tour. At the Cape Comorin - the southernmost tip in the sub-continent, the three mighty oceans viz. the Bay of Bengal, the Indian Ocean and the Arabian Sea meet. Significant landmarks include the Kumari Amman Temple dedicated to the Goddess Parvati, the Gandhi Memorial where an urn containing the Mahatma's ashes are kept, the Vivekananda Memorial - built in memory of Swami Vivekananda exuding a calm and peace rarely found elsewhere and the Church of our Lady Ransom starkly etched against the beautiful shoreline. Overnight stay at Kanyakumari
• DAY 6 - KANYAKUMARI TO KOVALAM VIA POOVAR ISLAND
  Morning watch Sunrise and after a hearty breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Poovar Island. Poovar is a small coastal, fisherman village about 60Km from Kanyakumari and 20 Km from Kovalam. This is a beautiful island which is surrounded by River called Neyyar. During heavy monsoon the river carry sand and mud and an Estuary is formed which become the present form of Poovar.  The river, which ends it flow at Arabian Sea, become wider and it appears to be a lake! Reach Poovar and enjoy boating in the beautiful Poovar Lake (own Cost). It is one the most exciting activity you can enjoy in Kerala. The boating through the Poovar river will surely lift your spirits and you will feel completely relaxed and romantic!   After Poovar visit proceed to Kovalam. Check in to resort and later visit beautiful Kovalam Beach & Realax. Overnight stay at Kovalam.
• DAY 7 - KANYAKUMARI TO KOVALAM AFTER TRIVANDRUM FOR CITY TOUR AND STAY
  Morning after breakfast from kanyakumari  proceed to kovalam enrout have Trivandrum local city tour, which is just 15KM from Kovalam.   Thirivananthapuram:- The Capital city of Kerala which is the abode of Lord Vishnu and the Padmanabha Swamy Temple which is the richest temple in the world. Bounded by the Arabian Sea on one side and bordering the neighboring state of Tamil Nadu.  Local tour of Trivandrum includes Trivandrum Zoo, Kuthiramalika Palace & Museum. Also visit Sree Padmanabhaswami Temple, the richest Temple in the world! Later proceed to Kovalam   Kovalam is breathtakingly beautiful and a haven of peace and tranquility, the idyllic tourist destination in Kerala.  Kovalam offers an excellent diversity with Kovalam beach to suit all desires and occasions. Kovalam has three beaches, Samudra Beach, Sankumukam Beach & Lighthouse Beach, separated by rocky outcroppings in its 17 km coastline, Light House beach is the most famous among them for its calmness and any age group person can swim in there without any fear! Also there is option to enjoy own cost Water Sports activities in Kovalam beach like Snorkeling, Parasailing, Wind Surfing etc. Overnight stay at kovalam
• DAY 8 - KOVALAM TO COCHIN SIGHTSEEING AND STAY
  Morning check out from the resort and proceed to Cochin. Cochin is the colonial name of Kochi, India, a major port city by the Arabian Sea on the southern part of India’s west coast. Kochi has been important spice trading center on the west coast of India, connecting the mainland to the rest of the world and known as the “Queen of the Arabian Sea.”  Reach and check in to hotel. After little relaxation proceed for City tour of Cochin.Visit Fort Kochi, Chinese Fishing Nets, Mattanchery, Sata Cruz Cathedral Basilica, Dutch Palace, Jew Street, Jewish Synagogue, St.Francis Church, Marine Drive.  Back to hotel by evening and overnight stay at Cochin
• DAY 9 - DEPART FROM COCHIN AIRPORT/RAILWAY STATION
  Check out from hotel on time and proceed to airport. En route do Lulu Mall Shopping if time permits. We will drop you at Airport on time. Fly back home with sweet memories of your holidays in Kerala! Tour Ends!
